Please note that the packaging your goodies arrive in may not look brand new. That's because we look for opportunities to reuse materials where-ever possible. We hope you'll agree it's the right way to do things. Your items will still be carefully packed to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. ReturnsWe want you to love your purchases, so if you're not happy with it send it back. If it just isn't what you were expecting, or doesn't fit as you'd like, we'll happily exchange the item or provide a full refund, as long as you return the goods within 30 days. Items should be returned unused and any labels intact, and please only try underwear on over other clothing. The only exception is earrings which cannot be returned unless faulty. Any faulty goods can be returned at any point for a full refund in line with your statutory rights. How do I return an item? Firstly let us know there's a problem. Please drop us a line at returns@emmiejay.co.uk quoting your order number and letting us know what you want to send back and why. Don't worry it's not a test, it just really helps us to have your feedback on our products. Also let us know if you are after a refund, or want to exchange the item for something else.
